Editorial contact / 01
A correction, a source or a sharply framed question is welcome.
esimz is an independent information resource. The most useful messages identify a page, a sentence and the evidence that should change our understanding.
02 / What helps us
Be specific about the editorial issue
We welcome correction requests, public-source suggestions and questions that expose a gap in a briefing. A message such as “the wording on the device page could be read as a guarantee” is useful; a link to the relevant current manufacturer documentation is even better. We read messages as editorial correspondence, not as a sales queue.
Our published pages may help with a broad concept: what an eSIM is, how to check a handset or why roaming terms deserve a close read. The FAQ archive, compatibility briefing and Europe guide are good places to look before writing.
Confidence: high — these are the forms of contact within our editorial scope.
03 / What we cannot do
We are not provider support
We cannot issue a digital SIM, inspect an account, reset an activation code, confirm a plan allowance, remove a carrier restriction from a phone, process a refund or determine the status of a provider order. Those questions require the operator, carrier or eSIM provider that issued the relevant service. They have the account record; we do not.
We also cannot promise a response time or claim to know the conditions at a particular hotel, rail carriage or address. Our country notes explain why practical preparation is safer than a blanket coverage claim. If a message asks for account support, we may not be able to give a useful response.
Confidence: high — account-specific support is outside an independent editorial site’s role.
If you are writing about our method or independence, the about page states the standards we apply.
Confidence: high — editorial boundaries are published openly.
04 / A note on privacy
Choose the contact route that suits the information
The email form does not submit data to a website server. It only prepares a message in your chosen email application, where you decide whether to send it. If you send an email, include only the information needed for the editorial question. Please do not include activation codes, passwords, payment details or provider account records.
Our privacy policy describes this process, the limited local display preference used by the site and the external resources loaded by a browser. If the issue concerns a specific plan or account, contact its issuer directly.
Confidence: high — no form entry is stored or transmitted by this site before your email application opens.
